Gratitude is more than giving thanks...

Many modern teachings have us “raise our vibration” through gratitude.

What I hear when I read that though is that sadness is something that needs to be “dealt” with, discarded, destroyed rather than something that needs to be accepted as a part of what we experience on this earth.

The unseen realms have a message for you: you can be grateful and sad and everything in between all at once.

The complexities of the human experience cannot be taught in a linear fashion as we have seen time and time again.

I am grateful, but I am also sad. I am grateful for what I have, but grieve what I have lost, what was lost to violence, what is constantly lost to ignorance or blatant refusal to see the truth.

I am grateful for the advances in the world but deeply saddened by the dark history in which much achievement is birthed. The month of November, the cards said "gratitude" so here we are!

And no, I'm not talking about just hanging "grateful" decor from Michaels and Home Goods around the house.

I'm a Scorpio after all.

I'm talking about guiding the community into the deep dark forest of gratitude to face the shadows AND the magick.

If you do anything for yourself, implementing a gratitude practice will be the one that changes your life for the better.

There's no denying that.

Mentally and emotionally, gratitude prepares us to face the hard stuff, it gives us hope, but more importantly, it extends our perspective to beyond what we are emotionally grappling with.

The way I see it is like this:

In other words, you just see more of what is already around you and so the hard stuff that's in front or around you doesn't appear like the only thing thus making everything a little more mentally and emotionally manageable.

That's why I'm kicking off November with a 7 Day Gratitude Blitz Challenge.

1 email each day that includes a 5 min or less video sharing:

  • A daily gratitude practice

  • A channeled message for the group

  • DAY 1 PDF printout workbook to set your intentions and stay on track

Doors close to enter the challenge at 11:59 pm on 10/30/2021

This is completely FREE (financially). However, I value all resources (money, time, and energy) and in that sense, this does come at a cost; a dedication of your time and energy for your growth from November 1st-7th.

Are you in?

See you soon!

xx

Jenna's Writing Tips

#1

Take the time to study why you love a certain piece of work.

#2

Write. A lot. Often. As much as you can. Work on writing really good sentences.

#3

Be a sponge to writing insight from the pros. Write it down, listen to a recording, read and re-read. Whatever it takes. Soak it in and use it.
